PAYMENTS

What payment methods do we accept?

  • We accept the following major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 
  • We accept Shopify Payments.
  • We accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use PayPal, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our website once your transaction is complete.
  • We also accept buy now, pay later from: QuadPay, Sezzle, Klarna and Affirm.
  • In the near future, we will be accepting AfterPay.

SHIPPING

How much is shipping?

  • Shipping is currently a flat rate of $10. This may be subject to change at any given time at the discretion of LaBre Shoetique.
  • Orders totaling $100 or more are eligible for free shipping. This total is subject to change at any given time at the discretion of LaBre Shoetique.

Can I cancel or modify an order?

  • Unfortunately, orders can not be cancelled or modified once processed.

Where is my tracking number?

  • Order confirmation will be sent via email within minutes of purchase being complete. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours please contact us at labreshoetique@gmail.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting just in case the order confirmation has been delivered there.
  • Tracking numbers will be sent within 3 days of purchase. If you have not received a tracking confirmation within 72 hours please contact us at labreshoetique@gmail.com. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting just in case the order confirmation has been delivered there.

When will I receive my order?

  • We ship via USPS or UPS. Currently their shipping promise is 2 days. Please keep in mind the current carrier delays as a response to Covid-19. We cannot guarantee a shipments arrival. Please be sure to provide your correct shipping information. We are not responsible for customers not receiving their product(s) due to incorrect shipping information.

RETURNS

Can I return my product for a refund or exchange?

  • We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges. All sales are final. This may be subject to change at any given time at the discretion of LaBre Shoetique. 

My item(s) was damaged, can I return or exchange?

  • All items are carefully inspected before selling, however, if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, items must be reported within 2 days of delivery to labreshoetique@gmail.com. Once proper documentation and evidence has been sent in then the option for an exact replacement or gift card will be offered. Refunds are not available. Returns must be mailed back with 5 days of delivery. Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
